Exumas

enjoy nature & unspoiled beauty

On your Exuma yacht charter, you can explore the delights on the northern cays, including Highbourne Cay, Warderick Wells Cay, Shroud Cay, Norman’s Cay, and, to the south, Staniel Cay.

Sailing the Exumas is ideal for those that enjoy solitude, nature, unspoiled beauty and quaint, low-key beach settlements. You can also experience some of the most amazing diving, snorkeling and fishing here in the Out Islands of the Bahamas. If you love animals, you can swim with nurse sharks at Compass Cay, swim with pigs at Big Major Cay and feed the iguanas at Allen Cays. It’s the perfect tropical destination for a yacht charter.

Get to know the islands

Visit Highbourne Cay to snorkel the Octopus Garden reef at Horseshoe Bay during your Exuma yacht charter. You can see stromatolite reefs on the east coast, dating back 3.5 billion years and, if the weather is calm, you can also snorkel the Elkhorn and Staghorn reefs. Also, you can spend the night at Highbourne Cay Marina, where you can enjoy the beach, hike the island path and trails and relax during happy hour at the marina restaurant overlooking the gorgeous bay.

Staniel Cay is a popular destination for those exploring the Exumas thanks to its two hotels and three markets. You can also see the Thunderball Grotto, a scene from a James Bond movie. Warderick Wells Cay is the perfect jumping-off point for visiting the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. You can hike Boo Boo Hill with its blowholes, as well as explore some of the world’s oldest stromatolite reefs.

Our base is located at Palm Cay Marina on Nassau, in the town of New Providence.
