EASY 3-STEP BOOKING PROCEDURE
STEP 1 - REQUEST
Check and inform us of the package your preferred package & date
of departure
STEP 2 - OPTION
After EASYSAILING informs you of the available yachts and packages we
can keep one of the available yachts as an "option" for a
maximum period of 7 days. This means the package is blocked for you
for one week - until your final decision is made. If you do not confirm
the booking during this period of time, this "option" will
automatically be cancelled.
STEP 3 - FIX BOOKING
When you decide yourselves, please confirm us this in written with the
dates and package you wish to take. We shall then reconfirm the booking
to you by giving you a charter code number. In your future correspondence,
please always refer to the charter code. Our contracts and payment information
will reach you at the address you will provide us, and your booking
will be firm & final right after EASYSAILING receives your first
payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Easysailing calculates cancellation fees based on the period of time
between the date of cancellation and the departure date as follows:
a) For bookings cancelled 99 days or more before departure then 3% (dossier's
expenses) are retained
b) For bookings cancelled 98-60 days before departure then 30% of the
yacht fees are retained
c) For bookings cancelled 59-30 days before departure then 50% of the
yacht fees are retained.
d) For bookings cancelled 29-0 days before departure then 100% of the
yacht fees are retained.
Easysailing will return the cancellation fee, less the administration
fee, if the cancelled yacht is re-chartered for the same period under
the same conditions. |
