Sounion

 



On the southern coast of Attica, Cape Sounion one of the most famous tourist attractions in Attica. Cape Sounion is a rocky promontory dominated by the superb temple of Poseidon. one of the most romantic places in Greece, Sounion has many nice beaches and tavernas. Enjoy the fantastic sunset and settle to the next door cafι for a view of the 5th century B.C. temple floating over the sea.

Aegina

 

Only 18 miles away from the coast of Athens, Aegina is famous since Antiquity for the temple of Aphea. A favorite weekend destination for Athenians, Aegina is covered with pistachio trees and pines. You can have fresh fish in the authentic port of Perdika, and enjoy the fantastic nightlife in Aegina harbour, where the neo classical houses are reminders of the historic heritage of the island.


P. Epidaurus

 

Palea Epidauros is worldwide famous for its theatre, which is considered as one of the purest masterpieces of Greek architecture with perfect acoustics in a beautiful natural setting, dated from the 4th century BC. The vast site is a tribute to the healing cults of Greek and Roman times, with temples and hospital buildings devoted to its gods.


Poros

 
Poros is a charming village, separated by a narrow channel from the mainland of Peloponesse. Escape from the hundreds of tourist around the harbour and visit the Zoodohou Pigi Monastery and the temple of Poseidon lost among the pines. Enjoy swimming in one of the several private beaches around the island.

Hydra

 



The rocky jewel of the Saronic Gulf, with a unique architecture, one of the most beautiful greek islands, a must for members of the international jet set. Hydra is famous for the great tradition in seafaring and actions against the occupying Turks. Transportation is only by foot, donkeys or sea taxis.
