HOW TO REACH OUR RHODOS BASE
Rhodos Island can easily be reached by plane or by ferry. The airport caters to many regular international flights to and from Italy, England, Germany and Israel, mostly during the summer, as well as a big number of chartered flights to and from all around the world. Domestic flights are run daily from Athens by Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines and cost approximately 95 Euro per person. Flight time from Athens is approx. 1h and 15 minutes. The airport is located 15km away from the city of Rhodes, on the west coast of the island. A public bus service connects the airport to the city but taxis are also very easy to find just outside the airport and they drop you off right in the marina with 15-20 Euro.
Another way to get to Rhodes is by boat. There are regular ferry lines connecting Rhodes with Athens (Pireaus Port), Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Cyprus and Turkey. The ferry takes approx. 12 hrs to get to Rhodos from Piraeaus port (it stops on various islands before), however in the summertime there are also some “express” ferries that take approx. 7- 8 hrs only. No doubt the ferry is a more affordable solution although more “time wasting”. For further information on ferry schedule and prices you can visit www.greekferries.gr.
ADVICE: Allow flexibility in your schedule when traveling by ferry as part of an ongoing journey. If delayed, see some of the sights of interest you may have missed! The shipping companies are prone to changing which ships they use on any given route - so as always, call to check if you want to book on a particular ship.
OUR SUGGESTION: A direct charter flight from your country to Rhodes would be the best solution.

HOW TO REACH OUR KOS BASE
Reaching Kos Island is as easy as reaching Rhodos island. Having its own airport, Kos can be reached by daily domestic flights from Athens run by Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines which cost approximately 85 Euro. Flight time from Athens is approx. 1h. In addition, during the summer months, many direct flights (including charter flights) to Kos operate from many European cities. The airport is located 27km west of the island’s major town. A public bus service connects the airport to the city but taxis are also very easy to find just outside the airport and they drop you off right in the marina with 20-25 Euro.

If you prefer a “cheaper way” to travel, there are regular ferry lines to Kos from Athens (Pireaus Port).  The islands on the same route as Kos are Patmos, Leros, Kalymnos and Rhodes. The ferry takes approx. 10 hrs to reach Kos, however in the summertime the “express” ferries take approx. 5-7 hrs only. For further information on ferry schedule and prices you can visit www.greekferries.gr.

OUR SUGGESTION: A direct charter flight from your country to Kos would be the best solution.

HOW TO REACH OUR PAROS BASE
Paros Island can be reached by plane or by ferry. The airport caters only to domestic flights run daily from Athens by Olympic Airlines and cost approximately 70 Euro per person. The flying time from Athens to Paros is about 35 minutes. The airport is located 9km far from the capital of Paros, Parikia but you can find public buses that run frequently from/ to the airport. Also many taxis are available. If you prefer a charter flight to reach the island, it gets a bit more complicated but maybe worth the trouble. All major tour operators that book holidays in Paros arrange their charter flights to Mykonos Island and then a ferry to Paros. The airport of Mykonos caters dozens of international flights on a daily basis from most European cities. From there, you can take a taxi to the port (which will cost you about Euro 7) and a hydrofoil (fast boat) to Paros which will cost you approx. Euro 14 and you will be in Paros in 40 minutes.

Another way to get to Paros is by boat. There are regular ferry lines and hydrofoils connecting Paros with Athens (Pireaus Port and Rafina Port). The normal ferries leave only from Piraeus and take approx. 5 hrs to get to Paros, whilst the hyfrofoil takes 4hrs from Piraeus and 3hrs from Rafina. For further information on ferry schedule and prices you can visit www.greekferries.gr or www.dolphins.gr.
OUR SUGGESTION: The most affortable option is the charter flight to Mykonos and then the hydrofoil to Paros. The most convenient option? If you want to sail the Cyclades, why not start from Lavrion or Alimos base in Athens? Easier to reach, less expensive and wide variety of choices.

HOW TO REACH OUR LAVRION BASE
Upon arriving in Athens, our international airport “EL. VENIZELOS” is situated in Spata area and is approximately 26km from Lavrion. There are two ways to get to Lavrion. One is by taking the train from the airport (it's called "Proastiakos") and get off at the first stop called "Koropi". From there, you can get the intercity bus (KTEL) which runs every 30 minutes to Lavrion and takes about 40 minutes to get to the port. As for the ticket, there is some special agreement so the ticket is the same for both the train and the bus and costs approx. 5 Euro. For more information on the exact time schedule and the prices, you can visit http://www.proastiakos.gr/en/timetable.asp?m=3. The other way and certainly the best way is to grab a taxi from the airport (plenty of taxis waiting just outside), be in Lavrion in only 15 minutes (depending on the traffic) and pay 15- 20 Euro!

HOW TO REACH OUR ALIMOS BASE
The Athens International Airport “EL. VENIZELOS” is situated in Spata area and is approximately 41km from Alimos marina. Getting there is pretty straightforward. You can either take a public bus or a taxi. You will find both as soon as you exit the main airport areas. The public bus runs on a 24hr basis and is every 20-25 minutes and the ticket costs about 3 Euro. The name of the bus that you have to take is X96 and it is heading for Piraeus port. Your stop is called EDEM, (ask your bus driver for help). The taxi is certainly the most convenient solution but it will cost you appeox. 25-30 Euro.

HOW TO REACH OUR SKIATHOS BASE
Skiathos Island can easily be reached by plane or by ferry / hydrofoil. The airport caters to many international charter flights from many cities in Europe (TUI-Thomson flights, LTU, Excel Airways, and other) as well as domestic flights. Domestic flights are run daily from Athens by Olympic Airlines and cost approximately 65 Euro per person. Flight time from Athens is approx. 50 minutes.
Another way to get to Skiathos is by boat and this is where it gets a bit tricky. There are two ports from where you can take the ferry boat to Skiathos: One is Aghios Konstantinos (Port police station Tel. 22350 31759) and the second one is Volos (Port police station Tel. 24210 38888) both located on Greece’s mainland (see draft map).
The port of Aghios Konstantinos is approx. 180km away from Athens and Volos approx. 320Km or a drive of 4 hours away from Athens. You can get to both ports with public buses that run frequently from Athens main bus station (www.ktel.gr) or by taxi. Hydrofoils (fast boats or so-called flying dolphins) & ferries run daily to Skiathos from both ports mentioned above. For further information on ferry schedule and prices you can visit www.dolphins.gr or www.greekferries.gr. The hydrofoil company offers a special coach bus service from the centre of Athens to Aghios Konstantinos port - previewed to make the transportation to Skiathos easier. The fare for the coach bus can be purchased together with the hydrofoil ticket. During the summer months there is also a hydrofoil / fast catamaran connection 3-5 times per week between Thessaloniki in northern Greece and Skiathos Island.
OUR SUGGESTION: A direct charter flight to Skiathos would be the best solution.

HOW TO REACH OUR CORFU BASE
Corfu Island can easily be reached by plane, by ferry or by intercity bus. The airport caters to many international charter flights as well as domestic flights. Domestic flights are run daily from Athens or Thessaloniki by Olympic Airlines or by Aegean Airlines and cost approximately 95 euro. The duration of the flight time is approx. one hour. For more information on flight schedules, prices or if you want to book your ticket online, you can visit the official site of Olympic Airlines (www.olympicairlines.com) or Aegean Airlines (www.aegeanair.com).
Another way to get to Corfu is by boat. There are two ports from where you can take the boat to Corfu: Patras (Port police station Tel. 2610 341002) and Igoumenitsa (Port police station Tel. 26650 22235). From Patras it takes roughly 8 hours to reach Corfu and from Igoumenitsa approx. 2 hours. Ferries run daily to Corfu from both ports. For further information on ferry schedule and prices you can visit www.superfast.com or www.greekferries.gr.
You can also reach Corfu by Intercity bus from Athens which will take about 11 hours (Bus Station Tel. 210 512-9443) or from Thessaloniki about 8 hours (Bus Station Tel. 2310 595-406). You can also visit www.ktel.gr for further information on bus schedules and routes.
OUR SUGGESTION: A direct charter flight to Corfu would be the best solution.

HOW TO REACH OUR LEFKAS BASE
Lefkas Island can be reached by plane, car or bus. The Aktion airport near Preveza on the mainland is about 20 minutes away from Lefkada Town and caters to many international charter flights as well as domestic flights. Domestic flights are run daily from Athens or Thessaloniki by Olympic Airlines and cost approximately 95 euro. The duration of the flight time is less than an hour. For more information on flight schedules, prices or if you want to book your ticket online, you can visit the official site of Olympic Airlines (www.olympicairlines.com).
Another way to get to Lefkas is by intercity bus from Athens, which will take about 5 hours. You can also visit www.ktel.gr for further information on bus schedules and routes.
Two small ports in Lefkada (Lefkas) island, Vasiliki and Nidri. Vasiliki have a twice-daily connection to Fiskardo on Kefallonia. Boats run once a day from Nidri to both Fiskardo on Kefallonia and to Frikes on Ithaca.
OUR SUGGESTION: A direct charter flight to Preveza and then a bus (approx. 20 minutes) would be the best solution.
