EASY SAILING will be expecting a first payment of 50% of the yacht charter fees at latest 10 days after the contract is signed. The 10 days period reflects the maximum time needed for the boat rental fees to reach our bank in Greece.Funds should be remitted to our bank in Greece:

The rest payment (skipper and/or hostess or spinnakers excepted) should be paid to EASY SAILING (again by bank draft) 30 days before charter's departure. Skipper and/or hostess are payable in cash only upon embarkation.

Personal checks of any kind, for any payment, are NOT accepted. Bank drafts, traveller cheques, certified bank cheques / cashier's cheque, Visa & Master credit cards - ALL acceptable for all payments including Deposit Guarantee. NOTE: No charter may begin in case EASY SAILING does not receive the full payment in Greece prior to embarkation.

All the yachts are insured against fire, marine and collision risks, third party liability and against any part or total loss or damage, in excess of the amount of the "security deposit" that you (and every client) leaves at the departure base (see price list).
For liability to third party is deemed to include cover at least as follows:

- Loss of life, personal injury or illness EURO 293,470
- Loss or damage to any other vessel or property EURO 146,735
- Pollution Expenses EURO 88,041

The Security Deposit amount is returned to the charterer after the checkout procedure upon the safe redelivery of the boat and at the same condition as on delivery. Should minor damages are made to the yacht during your charter time, EASY SAILING will estimate them and charge the charterer accordingly. ALL damaged should be cleared out and signed at the return base by both the skipper and the charter base manger.

The Security Deposit DOES NOT cover fuel/water consumption, end-cleaning expenses and delay of redelivery of the yacht without prior agreement with us. Results of gross negligence are not to be covered by the Security deposit and may rise legal actions against the author(s).

Final cleaning of the yacht is included for all charters (unless otherwise specified). Any extras you order (spinnaker, blister, windsurf, etc.) should be paid together with balance payment.
Skipper is payable at the base prior to embarcation in cash only.

EASY SAILING calculates cancellation fees based on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the departure date as follows:

A) Cancel 99 days or more before departure then 3% (dossier's expenses) is retained.
B) Cancel 98-60 days before departure then 30% of the yacht fees is retained.
C) Cancel 59-30 days before departure then 50% of the yacht fees are is retained.
D) Cancel 29-0 days before departure then 100% of the yacht fees is retained.


EASY SAILING is pledged to return cancellation fee in all or in part, provided that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered under the same conditions.
